5/12 Bike 45 miles, ran 1 mile
5/13 off--Mother's day
5/14 Bike 21 miles, ran 1 mile
5/15 Ran track, 5 miles total (1200 repeats), Swim 3100 yards


My hamstring has been bothering me quite a bit lately today after track it was hurting pretty bad, I need to invest in a heating pad tonight and call Donald for a massage!
